that they care about you and how you feeling not only because that affects the whole project but they understand that you are a human being as them, so they have a lot of empathy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as I already explained, this is not an easy job is very hard and I think we need more compensation and more benefits so we can feel more excited or that the job we did is equal to the compensation
