Being able to make the customers happy is so gratifying to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some extremely nice people on my team with a good team spirit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed the person who interviewed me. We hit it off immediately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
By leadership team, if you mean the managers over the TMs and the CSR's, theyre terrific but if you mean leadership team as TM's, I only know 2 good manager's in Tulsa. The others have no business being managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My work environment is positive because I work from home but when I was working at the office, it was very negative. There are some really obnoxious, loud TM's there who have no business being managers. Love working from home! It's less distractive and I feel I'm able to do a better job.
