Being present. Addressing not just telephone agents and their job performance but the team leads as well.

Whenever I have a question, they are quick to offer an answer or at least help me look for one. We are a family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for longer than a lot of other agents and their pay was increased at a faster rate than mine. I don't think they value seniority. We are not paid for holidays unlike I was told when hired. I don't think someone who is new to the company should be making the same
