There are two the 401k match and the ability to get a bonus based on the success of the company and your performance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should get overtime pay, or at least a tiered version of it. Unequal hours between employees that get compensated equally.

If anyone finishes early, that person always asks how they can help, as opposed to going home. There's very much a team mindset. We succeed and fail as a group.

Stop being so protective of their work. Collaboration is important.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly co-workers that I get along with. Otherwise it would be a negative work environment due to the long hours

Almost everyone I've met has had an eager willingness to invest in and mentor upcoming talent. Additionally, once you're inside the firm, there is a certain confidence in quality (i.e. the partners are secure that quality is consistent specialty to specialty under the KPMG brand).

Too much stress and not enough training to help keep up with regulation changes.

The interviewers were all nice interviewers

Getting paid a good salary for the work I do

I feel very supported at each level (supervisors, middle managers, and partners). If I ever had an issue with a client or a coworker, I would feel completely comfortable about raising my hand and not facing backlash.
