Yearly meetings, hire Contractors for the Net Ex team or designate a team other than CSMs. CSMs already have renewals, bill reviews, tons of emails to go through, billing, attend multiple calls. Net Ex is a pain point CSMs dislike and it’s very tedious. Doesn’t belong with CSMs-pls rethink this
