What is the best part about your compensation package?
I earn vacation and sick leave as a part-time worker and have a generous medical leave package. REI also contributes to my retirement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company that earns Billions. Why do they not pay their 'experts' an expert wage? No job pays 'experts' less then $25.00 per hour. The employees at REI are paid like Wal-Mart employees.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The initial video interview allowed for multiple takes and the in person interview was with two people (and felt more like a conversation than an interview).

Stop focusing on change and try and make systems better. We need computers that work each time not once in a while. We offer something different from other stores so let's play that up.
