We do not register that we are getting our lunch eaten by Market Basket and act as if they have little to no impact.

Stop & Shop: Overworked, with no real support, except a help line for us to call if we become stressed and depressed. Problems identified at store level are typically swept under the rug after being passed up the ladder. Expected to answer the phone 24/7 with no extra compensation.
Stop & Shop: The main function of the job is being present and in the building and with the amount of tasks, functions and audits that need to be followed up on, it feels impossible to not be in the building.

This was expedited by our lawyers, who provided all requested evidence. No progress made in six months. Not returning lawyers calls or emails. Would it be the same if we owed Barclays?

The schedulers very often completely disregard your availability. The work is very demanding and the pay is very low.
