Not lying on timesheets and taking away worked time for starters. Not taking holidays away when theyre given in advance.

The only coworker I have is suspected of theft from the company, this causes me to have to be available from 9 am to 6 pm Mon. thru Saturday in order to deal with any cash transactions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to get more hourly pay and free life insurance. We get offered insurance but can't afford it working part time as that is all they offer. Need to be more compassionate to people who use their sick time because of severe medical issues and not reprimanded.

The manager being nice to ALL customers NOT just her ethnicity. Put a smile on and say hello to not only customers but most importantly our loyal customers. In which she has rudely embarrassed myself and the loyal customers (10 years plus) to the point that they stopped shopping there.

Again, smile on employee faces less bad gestures behind another employee. Not favoring one employee because of their ethnicity. And once again smile and no matter their ethnicity Dont get mad at customers especially the ones come in every week and buy-200 a week. I have received numerous complaints

There are too many people within the organization that feel like their way is the only way of doing something. Too many supervisors bash each other to others within the organization. There needs to be a significant overhaul of staff within the organization.
