What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being an intern, I rarely receive anything due to legality. However, at Schneider, they make sure I receive as much as legally possible to keep a good work-life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In multi cultural environment, I can easy recognize different treatment along with the lack of willingness to adapt. As for compensation it has substantial differences for the same grade.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to honestly share about my strengths and weaknesses. I will say some of the questions felt a little repetitive, but overall they were good questions that looked at who I am and how I could grow in the company. They also stress that it is not just them trying to pick me but me picking them
