Harassment of hourly employees needs to end. Competent training needs to be enforced and corrected if need be. The culture of management looking down on all the hourly employees needs to completely end. The hourly employees of the company are the heart and soul of this business. When no one cares how the day to day operation runs the customers and the employees hurt. No one will want to ship with us and no one will want to work for us. When that happens employees start to question why are we doing this, it's not worth it!
