What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work very hard ans we understand the mossinoj and are willing to help one another .

Most people working for ups take pride in their job and try and do it to the best of their ability. Managers are hamstringed by bean counters at corporate telling us how long it takes to do a job they have never done and have no experience at.

My team is definitely a blue collar working team. We work hard and we work well together because we know we're in it together and that's the only way we can succeed on our shift as a team..
