Listen to employee concerns that are directly reported to the Human Resources team. There are employees that are trying to ensure they have an equitable and respectful experience here and not having adequate support is causing workmates to leave.

There is a fabulously supportive culture - everyone is eager and willing to help each other. Information sharing is seen as supportive and good (other employer's I have worked at the culture is that information-hoarding makes you indispensable)
