Workday Customer Support Department Employee Reviews

This is a loaded question to answer. I love Workday's core values, benefits and culture; however, in my department, management doesn't align with these same values and make their own. It leaves the Workmates in my department feeling like we were tricked with a "bait & switch".

I think leadership is pushing employees to build the skills needed for the Future AI state, while also increasing workloads on the current role assignment. I am personally burned out trying to deal with both.

Listen to employee concerns that are directly reported to the Human Resources team. There are employees that are trying to ensure they have an equitable and respectful experience here and not having adequate support is causing workmates to leave.

I was unfairly not rewarded any increase to my compensation with constraints that were not properly identified to me. I expressed this to my manager and director and the responses do not align with the Workday values.

There is a fabulously supportive culture - everyone is eager and willing to help each other. Information sharing is seen as supportive and good (other employer's I have worked at the culture is that information-hoarding makes you indispensable)
