EVERY TIME I use UPS it is a disaster. Deliveries are either substantially late or they tell me that it couldn't be delivered because I wasn't at home. On both occasions I was at home just a few steps from the front door. NO ONE ever walked up my sidewalk or knocked on my door. I will never use UPS
