Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. I have been purchasing LazBoy furniture since i was first married 30 years ago. Recently, 8 months ago, bought a love seat and couch, both recliners. The fabric is cheap and already looks dreadful. The seat cushions are already losing their softness. You have lost my business. Not happy.
