They listen to you. They seem to care about you personally, not only professionally.
Review from Sales Dept
The leadership team is fresh and brings a reinvigorated energy to the business. They seem focused on making sound decisions driven by data while keeping an eye towards the future.
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency, Flexibility, Accountability, Ethics, and Communication.
Review from Sales Dept
They are very caring and compassionate. My leadership team takes time to help any time I need it. I feel like they want me to succeed in this industry and they are willing to help me meet my goals for success.
Review from Sales Dept
They seem knowledgeable, have earned their spot on the team, and genuinely care about their people

Aligning the company with the market as it is, vice how the company would like it to be. Bell is working as a legacy aircraft manufacturer but is competing in a much more dynamic market than previous years.
Review from Sales Dept
Stop viewing our customers as competition. Listen to employees with experience. Our current leadership team is worse than the previous version. Recently, they failed to even respond to a State agency that voiced concern to the CEO.
Review from Sales Dept
Articulate what the vision is, and what needs to be done to achieve it. Tackle unnecessary bureaucracy-waste and invest on commercial products. Trim down "leadership" positions and give the company back to experts.

I would say vacation and personal days.
Review from Sales Dept
The vacation and personal time off along with the great rates on insurance.
Review from Sales Dept
Because a high percentage of employees perform far below average, yet they are still paid equal or better than hard working employees. No accountability anymore.
Review from Sales Dept
Incentive pay program is selective.
Review from Sales Dept
Bell, Textron and in general A&D companies do not pay their employees the same as peers at different companies. Salaries and promotions are largely dependent on years of service. A young person replacing an older person cannot expect to earn the same amount salary. The opposite is not true.

We are like a family
Review from Sales Dept
They are enthusiastic and invested in the well being of our customers.
Review from Sales Dept
The people at Bell are some of the best to work alongside with. Most are incredibly helpful, team oriented and want to support others success as they're able.
Review from Sales Dept
Individuality. Virtually no teamwork, but the individual effort is there.
Review from Sales Dept
Work together towards the organization's collective goals productively and efficiently.
Review from Sales Dept
Less gossip, less complaining about everything.
Review from Sales Dept
Improve skills in area of expertise (that takes time and practice), be open to learning and improve interpersonal skills (get real as opposed to superficial).
Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers are all significantly older than me. Some have taken the time to get to know me, but in general a young person at Bell can expect to feel like a token millennial depending on what department they are in.
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone is welcoming and so helpful. It truly is like a family

The large military veteran component made for a relatively easy culture adjustment.

Review from Sales Dept
Prioritize the well-being of employees, offers support at all levels, and has polices in place that encourage respect, trust, empathy, and support.
Review from Sales Dept
The "leadership" is reactionary. Decisions are made arbitrarily and there is always a threat of cuts, and negative re-enforcement. Clarify the vision, why are we here, emphasize psychological safety and let the experts speak up. Re-align the talent management process with expertise, not likability.

Great colleagues. Mutual respect, support, trust, and communication among colleagues help in making the workplace more productive and efficient.
Review from Sales Dept
Leadership is steering the company the wrong direction. Not listening to customers. Not listening to experienced employees. 95% of the policies we have implemented in the past 5 years have been flawed and detrimental to the business.
Review from Sales Dept
Articulate the vision, eliminate waste, invest in the future, realign leadership and match with expertise.
