Compensation is not fair at all when it comes to experiences; some of them are higher and some of them are lower. Even if the other person has much better experience but is offered less compensation, Others who have less experience tend to offer higher compensation.

The TL actually cared about the team and makes sure the schedule aligns and informs us about our daily score which we can improve further, the team was fairly decent though i don't talk to them that much . But overall it's good

Company needs to increase salary specially tenured agents. Ratings of incentives will not just matter if you hit all the metrics , it should be be fair, Like for example if the agents hot the Qa metrics she/ he has a previledge to get some incentives
