A lot of energies are spent on items that do not help the local offices. The training department should all be dismissed for very poor quality of training. The Pillars and definitions and behaviors are global and do not support the local tax pros.

The executives from district manager and up only look at reports, not reality. Office managers and tax pros were all given pay cuts while everyone else received raises this year. Decreases in prices is being shouldered by those that do the actual work of taxes.

We earn the same as the kid next door flipping burgers, but yet we have to know and do so much more. Even the store managers! Pay us fairly! $20 for tax pros and $30 for office leaders, and don't cut our pay because we don't earn our commission.
