Sears: There is no positive reinforcement from the management. Sears doesn't give fair raises.

Target: Communication, accountability, and showing less favoritism.
Walmart: Pay should be based on performance. Especially in a place where not everyone contributes
General Motors: The people I work with they r like family

Target: It's dead-end retail, but it pays the bills and I'm thankful for it. Just FAR from excited.
Apple: Leadership needs to work on overall knowledge of positions...I believe management should have overall knowledge inside of ALL positions.
Target: ETL's expect too much out of TL's and TM's. Especially in times of need when there is no payroll for hours but they just sit in the office.
Wells Fargo: We are a family!! We volunteer together, hang out after work & work together as a team!

Wells Fargo: That is base on activities and behaviors not sales goals.

Cisco: execution and consistency. mid-level directors lack the skills to drive/execute on the strategy

Lockheed Martin: Shorten the time it takes to get to top wages tell supervisors to let employees do their jobs and quit complicating things
