Evonik Corporation: Would rate the company decent to good on benefits and very very negative on work/life balance. Overtime has been way to excessive over the last 3 to 5 years. We are required to take a minimum of 4 days a month which leaves us with only one full weekend off a month.

Expectations rise and recognition fades. Morale is very low amongst the sales organization and the great unraveling begins.

Dow Chemical Company : Hard to move up as a woman. The company makes decisions that will get them a top employer award instead of ones that make the company better or serve the employees. Dow plays favorites as well. If you are one of the golden children, you will get everything you want, whether you deserve it or not.
Evonik Corporation: It is a very collaborative environment, not individualistic or cutthroat. Team members support one another and work towards a common goal.

Belk: Belk benefits have changed over the past 5 years to a high deductible plan. Review process is fair & salary review process is also fair compared to other companies.
Meijer: Overworked, underpaid, feel discriminated against by colleagues and leadership for not being the same as the cliques on the GM/leadership team. You got to kiss butt real hard to climb the ladder. Not worth climbing the broken stepped ladder.Burnout/not to be a negative Nancy, but nothing good here.
CHRISTUS Health: Local leadership in the Longview Good Shepherd area are greedy and hateful. They do not care about the patients. The foul language they use daily is terrible and they constantly blame and talk down about the corporate leadership. They openly relate that Jeff Pucket and Mr. Sadeau are idiots.
Iron Mountain: Customer focus more trainning, adaptability to change

Evonik Corporation: Overall positive experience, I have learned a lot and generally enjoy my role and the team. Things move slowly which can be frustrating and there seems to be a lot of bureaucracy.

Sedgwick: It has been a positive work environment. I am impressed with core values and the way management assist each employee

Evonik Corporation: I love working here and learning how operations are carried out. We conduct complicated work everyday and it is something not anyone can do as with other places of employment. I take pride in learning as much about our operations so that I can become the best asset possible.

Evonik Corporation: Good learning opportunity and exposure to pharmacuetical development and GMP manufacturing. Smart people to learn from but a definite lack of clear management and planning. High stress environment and a lack of effective internal communication or social activities.
