Evonik Corporation: I love the work I do but hate the work environment that Ekonik and our management team has created at the Weston plant
Circle K: It is very hard to find anything about the company that is good. It is a survival job and they know it and take advantage of it. I liked the people at my store, but we would have been far better off without circle k's input, both in sales and morale.

Estee Lauder Companies : Overworked and underpaid. Seriously horrible work/life balance. Do not expect to have children (or outside interests, or a dog) and succeed. If 60-70 hour work weeks on a fashion salary sound good to you, then try it. If not, steer clear.

Evonik Corporation: waste of over 20 years - very regrettable. Has made me feel no longer pro-German. Sorry to say but the Germans treat others as inferior and it makes non-Germans dislike them as a whole.
Evonik Corporation: My experience is good and I love my Job because I have one of the best supervisors I could of asked for.
Highmark Health: They say they want honest feedback about how to improve the culture but then as soon as you provide the feedback, even with solutions and ideas at the ready, they no longer want to hear it. They offer no training and give you a workload that is impossible to manage, even working 10-12 hour days.

Lack of technologies or streamlined processes. Technologies or processes that are only around for a period of time and changed again.
ProMedica: Stressful and underpaid. Upper mgt is a joke they don't care about patients or employees
ProMedica: 19 years, no room for growth and they refuse to pay the team. I cried going to work everyday . I had to quit. I feel so much better and wish I left years ago.

Conifer Health Solutions: 6 years and counting working for Conifer. We got a raise of .18! Everyone. 18 whole cents! When I opened up a discussion about this with HR, they told me to find a better job lol. Yeah, stay away from this company. Pretty sure the CEO is doing just fine with his salary increase.

UL Solutions: UL is a fast growing and fast paced company. A lot is expected from their employees, but I don't feel everyone is compensated or appreciated fairly. There is a lot of lack of transparency and lack of communication between departments and Managers towards their direct reports.
S&P Global: Good company, good ambience, great place to work.

Evonik Corporation: Every day is a challenge. The work life balance does not really exist. Proper resources are not put into place by management for the project work that is signed. Employees that do a great job are often rewarded with more work and responsibility, while underperformance is not usually addressed.

Honeywell: Thirty year career employee which is extremely rare. The last 15 were as a manager. Honeywell adopted the Jack Welch philosophy to the detriment of managerial and employee morale. Every review, one employee had to be placed in outer elbow despite having a very high functitioning team.
Evonik Corporation: I am happy to be a part of Evonik but we have a lot of improvement to be best in class.

Evonik Corporation: I've had opportunities for advancement from time to time, and have learned much about the pharma industry without having any prior experience. I'm very satisfied in my work.
Caliber Collision Centers: Work not distributed properly. Painters dictate body mens paycheck by holding jobs not in oder of customer needs but by painters and there friends. Lots of drama nonprofessionalism from top to bottom.

Kimpton Hotels: I've worked for the Kimpton Sawyer hotel in Sacramento, California for going on 4 years now since before we were even open and I have to say I wake up every morning and smile when I think about going to work that day. Not alot of people can say that. Thank you Kimpton.

Evonik Corporation: given multiple opportunities to grow. If you have an idea, you can defend it and find support to make it happen. Have traveled globally for work in multiple roles and had a successful ex-pat position.
Charles Schwab: Sub-cultures vary quite a bit between groups. From really good to downright toxic. Really dated approaches to technology. Has dabbled in cloud for like 3-4 years, with nothing substantive in production. Late to go remote for COVID because their IT was so dated, they had to build remote capability.
Walgreens: under paid over worked company slowly falling apart 90 percent of store managers don't bother doing work they will push all there work on shift leads an shift leads get yelled at for not doing every thing on there 20 mile long list and many new hires are getting payed more than 5+ year employees
Family Dollar Stores: Coworkers are friendly and helpful, to other employees and customers
Boeing: 401k, PTO and holidays. Also the gyms
PetSmart: I love love going to work, I wish we had more labor but overall I love her job
Panda Express: awful unfair you don't learn anything because nobody wants to teach anything
EnerSys: Employees are very discontent between covid return to work and unequal pay.

OhioHealth: They are more worried about numbers than they are about their employees. If they took more our of executive bonuses and used it to have enough bodies on the floor helping patients they would be top in their field and retention would be higher.

PepsiCo: Good pay, sometimes stressful placing orders as it is always in advance and a guessing game.. takes some time to master but Is manageable, would just be nice if the stores could automate the ordering like some no frills stores do! Make the job a lot less stressful!
