USIC: Not too bad. I wish they could pay a higher starting wage in Md,Pa, Wv, Oh. To get a 3.5% every 4,8,12, 16 months is not much. The Maryland Market should be at least 18.00/hr and 1.00 raise after training then the 3.5% at 4, 8,12. Then a 3.5-5% yearly. Utiliquest starts at 20/hr. That's Competitive.

Torrid: I love working at Torrid, but it's not because of the company. It's our customers and coworkers that make it great. If I didn't love the customers and the girls at my store, I would be long gone. We are overworked, told that we have enough hours to get things done that they know we can't.

WeWork: Stop discriminatory practices denigrating members, charging members even when you terminate membership without providing reasoning for the same all of which are reflected in turnover of members, staff, and most importantly represent lack of integrity in conducting business.
Modis: Poor compensation structure, limited internal mobility, and questionable management. Limited freedom with what you can work on. Depending on the region, there's limited "A" reqs.

Tronox: Tiny annual pay raises. Little opportunity for promotion. Usually hire from outside the company for higher level management jobs. Expect excessive unpaid hours, high stress, and an unhealthy workload.
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health: VM seems to care for their employees. Downgrading seen with the new Franciscan merger.
Autodesk: Challenging and motivational but also thankful

Dunkin': My place of work is accepting at first and open but soon turned into a mess of incorrect paychecks, managers going behind people's back with certain decisions and treating employees unfairly. Currently looking for a job at a company that is more honest with their employees.

FactSet: Worling at FactSet is truly an experience that cant be replicated. Its filled with intelligent, supportive and team oriented staff. From the day you are hired to the rest of your career wothin FactSet, you will finish each day learning something new. Con: Pay is still a bit of an gray area
Mattress Firm: Kind of brain washing. So much computer work. That's how they mold you. Very back and forth on what is allowed and what isn't allowed. Really pushing this tablet and "new technology" with "mattress matcher" but most people see it's just a gimmick. Greedy company. You are just a number to them.
Winsupply Inc: I'd advise you unless on a last case scenario for employment to continue looking and do not consider. Profit sharing is bogus, no raises, worst health cares I have ever seen and no 401k or retirement benefits.
Sevita: The clients are what keep me here. Their well being is what matters most. However, to work for a company that bought out the original company i worked for to be just as bad was not expected. They say "competitive pay". Fast food pays more. We are short staffed, over worked, and severely under paid.
Domino Printing Sciences: A great company on a shoestring budget. Domino wants to be a big player without committing to the success of its own people.

Sevita: Need a raise need corporate to come and visit their other companies in other states meet their employees and give a guideline of what your employees need to be doing while they're at work instead of sitting on their behind. It's not fair to the ones that do come in and work and help the clients

Extended Stay America: Due to the financial crisis of the pandemic and the minimum wage increasing recently I believe my pay does not match with the level of my work.

Freddy's Frozen Custard: My boss has made the culture in that workspace very toxic. Not to mention she never helps us when we need it and just sits in the office asking for other employees to make her food while she yells at us and says horrible things. What bent my last straw was finding out she has been talking abt me.
Vaco: Been here for two years, no pay increase, declined when requested. No prospects for growth. No paid time off. No communication from management. 20$ in the Bay Area for workers with degrees is a joke.
FactSet: FactSet is very nice company and very generous to its people welfare, I am thankful to this company.

The Container Store: I was let go from the company for voicing an idea that could've helped solve issues with workload and was punished for it as well as others. One of their key principles is "Communication is Leadership" however they don't mean for you as an employee to communicate concerns or questions.

Cricket Wireless: When a client has paid their monthly bill and they add a feature right before their due date, the line shouldn't get deactivated, instead, they should deactivate the additional feature. It's unacceptable that you make customers pay a reactivation fee when their core monthly service has been paid.

athenahealth: After improving several processes that saved the company millions per year, taking over the most complex projects in my department and achieving a "high meets". This provided me with a 3.5% pay increase amidst record inflation. I was already paid >30% under fair market value for my work.

Smart & Final: Smart&Final seems to have forgotten the unique niche they carved for themselves so many years ago. Its sad to watch the leadership team consistently duplicate rather than innovate.
Sevita: Everyone is overworked, understaffed, and underpaid.
Shopify: Intense but rewarding. An equally autonomous and collaborative work environment, lots of flexibility and decent pay.

MarketSource: Pay scale "gates" adjust quarterly and no one can explain them or how they're calculated. Constantly moving target.
