Salesforce: The company is great to work for. This survey, however, is very focussed on positive responses and does not leave room for comments on where we can improve.
Elsevier: It was great place to work with. However, the current talks of automation, AI chat or ISS has caused some disturbances in employees' mind.

Public Storage: I have been with Public Storage since November 1921. I've moved from Lansdowne Virginia. The service has been absolutely horrible. My unit has been dysfunctional light has been out made several complaints and it still hasn't been fixed two years. The rent went from $100 to $300, for a 10 x 10 wow
Encora: I feel people at higher levels in management should be empathetic and treat employees like humans, not roborts. Set a boundary of not calling employees on weekends or late nights until it's critical. Provide appraisals, bonus as per the performance. Management should at least hear out emp concerns

Dunkin': employees get blamed and punished daily for not being able to handle situations that only management can handle. Management also refuses to answer on weekends even if there is an emergency in the store and we need to contact the GM.

Smart & Final: For the most part, my experience with the company has been awesome. I would always look forward to going to work. Then I became a "Black Shirt (PIC/ Freezer Lead)," and then my hours were cut. It's hard to be excited about being promoted when I'm making less than before my raise.
Dunkin': The company is cheap, theres no benefits to working here and we make barely over minimum wage. The work load and the demand for us to give perfect service is not worth the horrible pay. The managment is corrupt.

Victra: I love victra, have been able to move states and continue to grow
Victra: Lack of training on Omni and customer scenarios, however the training on sales approach and best practices is phenomenal. I do have several days I feel like I am on my own and cannot get answers to things I am unsure of and spend too many hours to find out the process on my own
Victra: Challenges and results are #1. I love the drive but I want another path in the company that my DM is completely against. He believes that moving up GM,DM,rd is my only path he will allow. That may not be the way I wish to go. I'm really considering training
Victra: Amazing. I moved up each year i worked here and never made the money i made here anywhere else !
Victra: It's been great so far. I wished my base pay was higher but I have been getting my bonuses so that helps for now
Victra: The opportunity to make a lot of money
Victra: Again only writting wirds bc im dirced to
Victra: Neutral. I came in really excited and happy. It felt like a great culture. It feels like i dont belong here now.
Victra: Ive been with the company for 2 1/2 years and its been a blast
