Better communication, no favoritism and better appreciation for ALL employees not just management and leads. Line workers are the ones doing the work. But no credit is given. Requesting better safety measures in this PANDEMIC.

The chance to buy days off in the future for a small sabbatical is something unheard of here in the USA and I like it
