Making sure their employees are good and properly equipped with working equipment and incentivize floating since they force us to float to other areas again with no incentive. We don't even get outstanding marks points.
Review from Operations Dept
Work life balance is awful. They expect you to work 80 hours a week and most holidays.
Review from Operations Dept
The workload balance is awful, not enough employees to complete the contracts so everyone is on mandatory overtime all the time. I was told during the interview process that we have 8 hour days and no weekends. My second week was overtime and a forced weekend day totaling almost 60 hours.
Review from Operations Dept
Starting hiring employees and show those that have worked that you care about them and not just treat them like a number
Review from Operations Dept
taking care of the people who make their jobs and company possible
Review from Operations Dept
I am a manager and am compensated nicely. I also receive bonuses. The average technician in the field is treated and compensated poorly unless they have been with the company for 20+ years.
Review from Operations Dept
Better and more reasonable pay and more appreciation from upper management and supervisors.
Review from Operations Dept
I just feel like this job was too much of a physical and mental requirment for such small compensation.
Review from Operations Dept
I work 70-80 hours a week and the only way to make good money is to work yourself to death. I’d even call it a
Review from Operations Dept
The pay does not compensate for the complete disregard to work life balance. Pay more or stop working trainees 65 hours a week.
Review from Operations Dept

Co workers are what make it tolerable
Review from Operations Dept
instead of making fun of an individual why do they not mentor or give extra lessons rather than making stupid offensive comments because your they need better passionate leaders and trainers. the staff they say much bad words in workplace is terrible. we take more breaks than learning lessons
Review from Operations Dept
Better communication, communication is only present when bad occurs or being watched.
Review from Operations Dept
Supervisors tell district managers what they want to hear. District managers tell regional directors what they want to hear. Regionals tell VPs what they want to hear. See the problem? There is a huge disconnect and higher level managers are blind to this effect.
Review from Operations Dept
Positive attitudes and if you need more training your supervisor usually is flexible.
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing is positive in this work space.
Review from Operations Dept
The flexibility in time management of employees. The availability of acquiring overtime during peak season.

Review from Operations Dept
The sense that the job we are doing has great value for everyone in the community
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to show some consideration that employees would like to have lives outside of work. We lose a lot of guys because they can’t handle the schedules they are forced to keep. 10-12 sometimes even 13 hour days, and then once a week you are required to work up to
Review from Operations Dept
it was quick and painless. They hire twenty people at a time because most wont make it 3 months.

Review from Operations Dept
The knowledge that I did the locate right.
Review from Operations Dept
We are being rushed and forced to meet quota with zero incentive to do so. We have to float to other areas and those areas don't float to help us out either. the entire work space is not fair and should be reviewed.
Review from Operations Dept
I already said it. Employees are being worked to the point of exhaustion, particularly the gas locators.
Review from Operations Dept
Value the employees and make the feel appreciated
Review from Operations Dept
Management does not lead by example if you opperate as they do you will be fired or demoted like in was.
Review from Operations Dept
Our clients play games and the executives want to only please. This makes for some unreasonable practices.
