The leadership team truly listens to our feedback, and has genuine care and concern for Wish employees. Engagning, kind, authentic and very smart - I continue to be surprised by the Leadership team!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare! I don't know another company that offers such a robust and encompassing compensation package. From stock buy-in options, fitness reimbursement, free health coverage, and even pet insurance! By far the best compensation package I've been offered.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture recently changed, and I can't say enough good things about our dynamic. You are encouraged to take time off, and they really support mental health. Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand.
