Overall I am thankful for a great experience here!

Overall ok, lots of room for improvement, at least where I work

Working at The Breakers overall is fantastic. I am thankful.

My compensation is adequate and I am thankful.

We are not able to retain good help

It's a decent package. I don't know what else to say.

Most positive is the idea that workers are taken care of.

Thanks to Mr. Leone's leadership, they take care of the employees overall.

The people at the bottom need more a voice and more representation

There's inflation, and there's industry competition. We need better talent in my department.

The culture here is positive, and most people care about each other and will help out as needed.

Ideally when I can use my talents, create, and contribute my ideas. I wish I could do this more.

They know what they are doing, they have good ideas, they try to think about the human aspects of the work

What I like best about our Leadership Team is their commitment to taking care of the employees that work under them.

About half of my coworkers are great, while the other half have a toxic work ethic and subpar customer service skills.

I'm most happy at work when I'm creating, planning, or troubleshooting, and when I'm allowed to sit at rhe table and have a voice.

We would have to offer better pay to attract better coworkers, and for the existing coworkers, we would have to implement structure and guidelines

I like that the leadership team is thoughtful, and seems to do a great job of keeping the Breakers sharp, and a great environment to work in.

What makes me most happy at work are the coworkers that see the big picture and that care, as well as many of the guests that make me smile.

Most positive is that we are generally team players and treat other very well, from Mr. Leone all the way to a random employee. Even the guests usually have the same energy, so this positivity is contagious!

I could work more easily with coworkers that had a strong work ethic, and that didn't always try to take the easy way out of things. I'm not saying that I'd prefer workaholics, just people that don't feel entitled, as well as people that care.

There's a lot of room for improvement, but everyone at the Breakers is pretty smart, cordial, are easy to work with, are fun to talk to, and are reasonable. We are all team players, and we like to smile. We take our jobs seriously but try to also have fun when possible.
