Working outside year long and the amount of work everyone has to do is a lot. A higher hourly pay would be beneficial due to the conditions we have to deal with and the lack of guests during certain times of the year.

They need to be more proactive and take the job seriously. There is a lot of slacking off and talking between coworkers that is hurting the quality of service that is expected. Maybe higher more full time teammembers and some that are out of college so they are not treating it like a summer job.
