Our team is like family. When you are with them for 80 hours every two weeks you get to bond with your coworkers unlike other people. My team is hard working and mostly willing to always help.

That the executives actually know who we are. I can personally walk up to most of the executives and they show genuine care and concern. Most companies I feel like someone in a high position barley knows your name.

That I genuinely enjoy coming to work. I enjoy the events and the hustle our position gets to see on a daily. We get to see so many different sides of people and events here that this is not a typical work lifestyle that most people get to witness.
