Generally okay, but it would better if managers and upper managers did more to really spot the hard workers rather than rewarding bad behavior.

Great Company and Environment but leadership pick and choose who they promote based on nepotism and frankly favoritism. I feel they promote the underperforming employees and the ones that excel are treated poorly

Well, our benefits cost goes up very year and our pay does not match, the work that is put out and the stress we have to deal with ,

My Qualifications and Skills brought to my current role are not renumerated base on the heavy workload and stress we are put under. Also being given more paid time off would be helpful.

Generally, its ok but I find its more a group that only promote and support those that their friends with, rather than promoting and supporting those who really work hard and are reliable employees

Having a fairer selection system to promote Team Members in the workplace placing more of the decision on Human Resources rather than allow good potential employees to overlooked and not be given a fair chance to be promoted.

My department culture is more like if you fit the leadership made up criteria and not reward or promote based on hard work and supporting leadership you will be treated unfairly in the workplace. The leadership treats employees with favoritism

taking on board feedback and actually setting up a plan to address big and very serious issues that affect individuals when carrying out their duties and looking after our health and safety with protection from the harsh sun and its effects on team members

They try to maintain positivity , but that comes with the recognition you give to those that exceed and work hard , but the feeling is the less you do the more your rewarded , i am focused and strive every day to work harder and more profesionally

Promoting dedicated employees who are reliable and have proven to support the operation. I find that in my department they only promote you if they recommend you not because your capable of doing the job and are a reliable trustworthy employee. The culture in my department is a nepotism is directive
