Ive been working there for 2 years. Ive barely had ant trouble but it does happen time to time. Not much i can do about it either. The coworkers and the place i work at makes up for it

I like when they take my opinions and actually do something with them. Whether that be telling me thank you but we cant work with them or actually take my opinion and working with it. I also like when management doesnt play favorites and treats and talks to everyone equally

I feel as though sometimes our job is taken for granted. That it seems to easy for a pat on the back but it is what it is. It doesnt help that i found out that a person whos worked less time at the breakers that is the same department as me and works in the same position as me gets paid more
