The breakers is a esthetically pleasing place to work. However, the culture allows Rude disrespectful, very angry employees to fester. Within the team management seems overworked. And not welcoming 2 complaints. Overworked team members. R2 reluctant to express work with management.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at the breakers is the ability to work overtime.

My leadership team needs to get better. Add communicating. Observing understanding a work-life balance. Also have respect for honest hardworking individuals.

I feel undervalued because my compensation is the same as a new team member and my hard work, dedication, and professionalism goes un-noticed.

The environment at the breakers is amazing. As far as scenery, the beautiful beach and it is a beautiful hotel. The culture leaves more to be desired.

Carrying the workload of co-workers can be very exhausting, constantly teaching and correcting mistakes while focusing on my duties and tasks. This can be improved bye, allowing a better work-life balance time off to be exact and compensating. You are best employees.

Unfair workload: If someone consistently handles a disproportionate amount of work compared to their colleagues, they might feel undervalued. Lack of benefits. Poor management. It is not the fault of the co. Workers, if management continues to hire younger and younger individuals with almost no work experience in the security field. This can be fixed with better training. A full understanding of the rules, regulations and full transparency.
