My first year i loved it! Recently a lot of changes have been made quality of team members, they are doing no call no show and getting away with it. No makeup hair is a mess and how they present themselves at tables. The lack of caring at the job is frustrating.

Since starting at the breakers i feel i grew as a person not just as a breakers team member. Im always learning new things and meeting new people which i love. I also love how dedicated my superiors are to helping make a good team with people who want to work and are passionate about their job.

Being able to work woth a water view helps me stay very positive. Walking in and saying hi to everyone i love, and i love the food and beverage get togethers.

I wanted to work for the breakers because i knew i would be with the best of the best. Some co workers do not respect their job the workplace or other team members. Team members need to be held accountable.
