In the beginning, I was very stressed and fustrated because of the amount of pressure and bullying that came from managers and coworkers. Now, i feel confident in my work so there isnt so much pressure. Im grateful to have this job despite its challenges.

I wish the maturity level of my coworkers was better, sometimes it does feel like being in highschool- which i do not enjoy,

I enjoy that the leadership team is present daily. They are never too far to reach. & seem to be responsive almost all the time.

I admire that atleast they've been making neccesary changes as issues are brought to their attention. I see that MOST are doing their best to make the workplace a good enviroment.

In short, Ive noticed that there is alot of gossip, bullying, and muckraking. I try to uplift the victims of this without getting myself involved and remaining proffesional. There should be a consequence for these actions.

There are some coworkers that have a positive outlook on life and complete their workday as they are expected. I surround myself with those people and ignore the others who are negative. The positivity seems to be less than negativity, however, where there is light it cant be pitch black.
