The everyday responsibilities in my department is getting more and more. And that's the reason why I feel like I am not being paid fair enough. I love my job but I also want to live a healthy lifestyle.

I like that They are focused on what they need to do to help Our company reach greatness. But in the middle of that I think they lose focus and what is important! And I think the people / the staff is very important.

I feel undervalued because of my culture, I am been hold back because of that. and if they did not look at where you're from when it comes culture and promote based on your work ethics and achievement then that would be very fair. but right now it's a very unfair. Not a great place to work anymo
