Everyone is nice and willing to listen. They care about what they do and want to help everyone as best they can.

Our management team is currently running 3 different operations and one of the lowest compensated if not the lowest compensated salaried team members. We are always the last to get praise and the first to take the heat on something. I wish leadership knew how much we actually did as a team.

Zero work-life balance, difficult finding time to use PTO, and the work is thankless on top of lower than *needed* pay. My pay has relatively remained the same despite cost of living skyrocketing along with room rates. It feels a bit in poor taste to see room rates go up 20+% and pay increases at 6%
