I have only been with the Breakers for 2 years now. I have been able to move up very fast because of timing and being a string worker. I really have a hard time thinking about working for a dofferent company because everyone of my coworkers and mentors have made me feel like I belong.

Being able to go in and have a positive environment. I love the fact that people are passionate about what they do and genuiely want to see the company and the people around them grow.
