Wages are generally better then other places, however that is not saying much in a country that overall fails at livable wages. Still a full time position is not a livable wage in low ranking, non management positions for even a single person without kids.
Providers in the spa receive one cent if we are not booked, overall not competitive commission.. Too often appointments are not balanced. No accountability from mgmt. On any day there could be spa consultants, 3 remote, 3 managers, there is no reason for consistant balancing errors.
Most TM's are helpful, team players who are willing to work efficiently. Team members who are burned out in their positions are the most difficult, disruptive and unhelpful to work with, management knows who they are, yet still the are apart of the team due to tenure.
