High level of professionalism and kindness

Helpful and work as a team

Having professional managers to learn from and being held to a high standard

Getting to learn from my managers, enjoy time with coworkers and make money

As a part time employee I am required to work holidays but do not get paid time and a half or anything extra for it. I feel that a proper solution would be to either not require part time employees to work holidays or to increase their pay on holidays.
