I think the hourly should be higher due to the fact that the service charge isn't always going to be consistent.

The culture is what makes the company a special place to work. I think HR does a great job picking the right people.

The team is always a pleasure to work with, I love how they are always smiling and offering great quality service. The JCLO team has a work ethic that I have never seen before. The supervisors work well together because when one fails, we all fail.

I believe if Supervisors are supposed to be treated with the same respect as manager. There should be the option to be paid salary or make more money during summer. I also think being a manager or on salary gives you the opportunity for a raise more so than hourly.
