I appreciate the Leadership teams ability listen and accomodate, I find that most important in keeping people happy.

The benefits are fantastic but I do believe pay should increase in such an inflated area along with its population increase.

I find that we have built a team who all share a cohesiveness and desire for the success of our team as a whole. We are all essentially on the same wave length of greatness.

Not only is our standard of service unparalelled, but our sense of community in the workplace is unlike anything I've ever seen. Most people complain about "toxic" work enviornments and ours is certainly far from that.

I feel valued at my company however West Palm Beach is now considered an inflation hot spot and continues to climb. I believe a corrisponding hotel wide raise would be greatly appreciaed by the team as a whole.

The team I have are the most cohesive people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My team moves collectively as one and supports eachother everyday. We all have the habit of putting others before ourselves ultimately leading to an overall store-wide success.
