Understanding the big picture instead of focusing on only their areas. Continuous learning and education. Understanding bedt practices and modern way of executing their jobs.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Long time employees are too set in their ways. Executives need to see outside The Breakers and benchmark best practices. Overlooking things that are wrong or broken and resting on past laurels will be detrimental.
