The last five years at The Breakers have been the best years in my 20+ years in the AudioVisual industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is very fair, and the bonuses are very good.

The leadership team is always looking for ways to keep all employees motivated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very legitimate. It is an amazing environment to work in!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The A/V team is like a family. Even thru the tough times, everyone has everyone's back.
What makes you most happy at work?
The family atmosphere. Everyone gets along, and are constantly looking for ways to make the job easier for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness! Cleaningness, profesionalism. Tye smiles are contaigeous, and the property is tye most beautiful place anyone can ask for as a place to work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the Breakers compensates us very well! The management team does a great job keeping us motivated with steady pay increases and a great bonus program.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The commoradity! The Audiovisual team has become my extended family! The level of expertise is unparralled, yet we make the job fun. Laughter is always present, making the job more enjoyable, even when under pressure!
What makes you most happy at work?
The creactivity of our department (Audiovisual). Although sometimes, it may be the same sets or similar, in our team, we find the way of making it fun! The equipmet we use is top notch, therefore making our jobs a pleasure to perform!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a certain "calm" and "easiness" about our leaders. I dont feel any presure whenever they are present during sets or strikes of our events. They lead by example. They are always aproachable, and willing to communicate all the necessary information to make the event a success.
