Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work load has increased tremendously. We are not fully staffed, the business levels are very high and the amount and the severity of the incidents require a lot of attention, reporting and following up. Also the increasing cost of living makes every dollar earned less valuable.
