Team mentality, having each others backs. Willingness to go above and beyond to help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Overall, most who work here enjoy being here. It helps with morale and allows for a more positive and enjoyable environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

At a management level, care for their employees not just their performance. Support is given when needed. This is not always shown at an executive level.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the work that is put in, and for the standard of excellence the Breakers strives for and expects from its employees, I feel under compensated. We are a 5 star resort and expected to provide that level of service, yet not paid as if we are. Also, the perks and benefits of our hotel need change.
