I started Herr 2003, thongs have changed so much iterms os rules its not as strick as it use to be, I realize people no longer have enough to cover tattoos, men can no have a full beard. Also alot of young people are getting hired which is great because ita great place to work.

Once we receive a task we don't have to be micromanaged

I'm working at the best company where staff are care for, and it's a safe place to work.

There's always things to keep us busy,most are staff are comfortable being around each other because of working together so long.

There's always opportunities in place for staff to elevate. To me our culture is like a family that's how I feel it's like I know everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most times we don't get to see them but just seeing the day to day operations at the hotel you ca tell they're doing a terrific job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's hard as a man to be working here so long and after 2 weeks I can't pay my rent I'm struggling, I honestly feel like after tax I shouldn't take home nothing under two thousand dollars. I don't know if it's the service charges.
