I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and I appreciate that The Breakers is service orientated and spends the money to keep the resort in good condition for our guests.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started during COVID after losing my sales position. I thought if I could just get my foot in the door I would work my way up and transfer to sales. I found a new career within the Retail Division. I proved my value, got promoted and do not want to leave the team.

They are aware of the social and economic environment and how it effects the team.

Friendly, kind and loyal. Poor behavior is not tolerated as to infect the team.

The associates and being able to work in a clean, beautiful environment. The guest experience is so important to keep us all employed and we are not afraid to spend the time or money to ensure we maintain a luxurious resort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always seeking ways to better the guest and employee experience at all times. They spend the money to make it a clean, safe environment. They promote from within so associates can better themselves and have a long lasting career with the company. There is loyalty within our culture.
