My experience at the company has been both challenging and rewarding. I started in 2019 as a cocktail attendant at pool and beach, and have since held multiple titles, currently being management. I have been able to use my degree to work in the events with The Breakers, which has been amazing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare is good and pretty comprehensive. The options for HSA accounts and retirement accounts are also nice

Our leadership team is always willing to jump in and help when needed. Additionally, the leadership team is great at listening to all ideas and are open to actively implementing those ideas
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is how everyone is committed to working together to create a wonderful environment for our guests. Everyone wants to help, to go above and beyond
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always ready to tackle the day ahead with a smile on their face. All team members seem to really care about each other and are actively invested in the wellbeing and success of others
What makes you most happy at work?
I am made most happy by the relationships I have built with the people I work with - I enjoy seeing them every day. I enjoy coming to work to help the process of creating amazing events and helping a vision come to life
