Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This might be controversial, but peer reviews along with management reviews should be used to determine pay wages. I work alongside some people who do the bare minimum, and management does NOT notice. One bad apple does affect the team, the state of FL is "an at will state". Do as you must with this
