Breakers west is a fun place to work. We do have a few challeges but overall the team figures out the proper solution to make a memorable experience for the members and guests.

Thsy care about me as a person and not just a worker.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Conpared to other private clubs, I am on the lower end of the spectrum.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my supervisors always coming by and checking on how im doing during the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how we all get along and align our ideas to work as a team.

The fact that we donthese questionaire to see if im happy at my place of employment. Thats very special.
What makes you most happy at work?
It presents certain challenges each day. For example the golf tournaments make it a joy to come to work and make the members happy for a well runned event.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When giving golf lessons i feel that its unfair to take half my lesson fee rate. I have a very good understanding and experience about the golf swing which makes my lessons a worth while to the members. At my previous employments inkept my full lesson rate.
